BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. DELIVERED BY A TEAM.
Established in 2018, Neil Porteous Building Contractors is a family-run business with more than 20 years of industry experience behind it. We have built our reputation on delivering high-quality workmanship, honest communication and a dependable service for clients across Central Scotland.
Our team brings practical knowledge and attention to detail to every project, from smaller improvements through to complex new builds. We take pride in understanding what matters to each client, working professionally on site and delivering results that are built to last.
A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPROACH TO BUILDING
We believe a building project should feel well managed from the very beginning. Our team works closely with clients to understand the brief, discuss practical options and provide clear guidance throughout the process.
From coordinating local architects, structural engineers and trusted subcontractors to engaging with building standards and arranging completion certification, we manage the important details behind the scenes. Our approach is simple: keep the project moving, communicate clearly and bring solutions rather than problems.
